@grentthealien As this point I just want transparency. Just tell us the game was broken with the cutscenes and they didn't have time to fix it. Say you are sorry and that they will fix it in time for NHL 24. I don't want false hope.
The lack of communication is what people are getting angry at. Why was that removed? Will it be back? If so, when? Is it in the plans? Why did they try to scam us with the misleading advertising? The fact that they can't give us answers is causing a massive loss of trust into this company. I lost my confidence forever, I could never buy another NHL without a doubt that I won't be given a poisonous gift.
