pull goalie useless
you need to take your finger off the stick and hold the arrow for 3 seconds. Who in this game, when you lose, has this time and free space? It's faster to remove the goalie manually with the button...

Yea, LB/L1 and select/back still works when this pop-up is visible.
I'd like to see this screen adopt a double-tap of the up/down buttons rather than a long hold.

It's a 50% chance it works. I've played hundreds of games as goalie offline and it is very hit and miss. You can get to the bench and spam it and it won't work until you fill the bar 50% of the time.
Also not to mention you can't pull the goalie after a goal (so if you're down two goals, press start, pull the goalie) from being down 2 it just won't work. You still have to manually skate to the bench.
