@rsandersr47 Custom Music sadly can't become a thing due to licensing these days.
As for Carlan well I'm sure EA inked a deal with her for several years and plus her stuff seems baked into the game where it would probably just be a hassle to remove it all instead of just leaving it til when they do decide to change things up.
I played the last 2 nights from like 7pm est to 1am est and besides us taking potty breaks between games we found them fast and frequent as 6s on PS5/XSX. I mean for so many I know of that play LG and such we only use search match same size so all those searches exclude the rest which probably makes things harder for you to find them as a 5s.

@KlariskraysNHL Could be the reason. It's rare we have 6. I mostly just play with friends from home, a few guys we met in game, then a guy I met on deployment. I mean it sucks you NEED 6 to find games but maybe that's the reason. I usually play any game where they have 4-6 guys. Any less and it's not worth it.
- @rsandersr47 You could always try the LeagueGaming site chatbox to find people. Can't say they are all nice but you might make some new friends to help you fill out a team from time to time and get a dedicated goalie.
I started off early with next to no NHL friends and since NHL 14 I'd say I got about 30-40 decent people I am more than willing to join up and play with and vice versa. But obviously you do what is best for you.
Hopefully they got it right and NHL 24 has full cross-play for EASHL. That should help even more people reunite and such.

We need ways inside the game to find the necessary players.Playing 6s is more interesting than 4-5s
Playing with a goalkeeper is more interestingThe service game is right.
Now leagues chats and forums provide an opportunity to find players. This is a huge mistake that increases the entry threshold to 6s. This is what cuts off part of the WOC community.
It turns out this is a game for those who already have friends in the 6s club.The game is more hostile to newcomers than it helps to integrate into the community. After all, the game itself is 6x6 more difficult than 1x1.
- @bruanor09 We have already said we wanted more to drop-in and the ability to recruit and such. But helping people find areas to meet new potential teammates is a great thing. It's how I started and you grow along with the community. If I go play FIFA, NBA2K, that I won't easily find teammates to constantly play with. There are so many outside sources now using discord and such to help build communities up. NHL teams have done esport events using these sites so it's doing it's best to promote the game.
