Is the color of your controlled player changing? If so, it's switching to a different controller that isn't actually connected. This is a known issue. If you plug your controller back in, are you able to control your players in game again?

I haven't noticed the controlled player switching colour.
No im not able to control them whatever i do. The only thing that works is restarting the game or get kicked for inactivity.
Community ManagerIf it happens again, try to take note of the color. A good way to test this is to go in to an offline game and pull the plug. Most likely, you'll switch to a different player. I have this happen in Squad Battles. It'll make me the yellow player. I then can turn off the controller, plug it in and then have it switch me to green. Which, still works.
Are you limited to having to play with your controller plugged in?

I have tried to turn the controller off and on. Also tried to connect another controller. Nothing worked.
No not really. But i have noticed a slightly faster response with the controller plugged in.
Community ManagerAhh ok. If it happens again though, you should be able to get back to the right player with what I mentioned previously. This happens to me a couple times a week. Annoying for sure.
