NHL 24 sorry my mistake. Although me and my friends realized is it's in relation with the 3 of us. We tried to play togheter in other modes besides club in chel and we can't play with the one who receives this message. We found that if we all close our xbox x an unplug them for 5 minutes we are then able to play togheter... I mean it's very bad that we have to do that but it'll do until this is fixed...

If we are in the club lobby and he tries to enter, he gets the message. If he gets into the club lobby before us, we both get the message. (chel) The other members, we can play togheter with no problem though. It really seems to be coming from his side.
Community ManagerDoes he have a custom gamerpic? If so, have him switch it to a default one. This has caused some odd behavior like this in the past. If that doesn't help, have them change up all their customization options. Gear, head, etc. Possibly, something is bugged and causing this to happen.
