Hey there, @TheRounder23 

It would be good to check those settings and make sure nothing is causing this. If you want to let me know what you have your settings on, I can see if those are preventing this mode from working.

    That should work. It would be good to contact Xbox support to go over the privacy settings. They should be able to figure out which is causing this.

  • FYI - These steps solved my problem:

    1. Change all privacy settings to "Block"

    2. Remove Account

    3. Turn off xbox

    4. Unplug Power Cable and HDMI cable for 1 Minute

    5. After 1 minute, plug all cables back in and turn on xbox

    6. Add Account

    7. Change privacy settings to "Adult Defaults"
