@Uppsaladomkyrka Just to be clear this is 100% no * from my side.

If I had the time I would write it into the essay. But I’m happy to provide with any document from this if wanted.

But am I the only one who have been treated this way? How could this be accepted by EA. The contract written between EA and this Indian support company I would love if anyone could find somewhere and upload.

    Worth knowing that i spent maybe 1000 dollars into my nhl 23. Haha I’m not proud but I love the gambling in packs. No regrets. So taken that into consideration they don’t treat you better or worse if you are a big spender. So they most likely have a very shallow and strict communication routine they treat everyone with.

    EA i give you full legal right to talk about anything within the case. Nothing is disclosed from my part.

    Im happy to sign any document if needed so we follow terms and condition.
