This is appearing to be an issue with AT&T. Please contact their support to see if they can offer any assistance. We are still investigating, but are not finding any issues on our end at this time. We are also seeing this affecting Battlefield 2042 players who are all on AT&T as well.
***Update 7/28: This has now been resolved by AT&T. Please let us know if you're still having any issues.******Update 8/3: This issue has returned. We are trying to work with AT&T to get it resolved. I'll provide an update when I have one***

- @EA_Aljo I'm having an issue loading into WOC, loading into my CNC Club, or loading into just a PUB game. When I do get into a game I usually get kicked and get an error. It's taking well over 3 minutes just to even load into WOC and on top of that all of my load outs were randomly deleted yesterday. I'm on a PS5 and I'm hard wired into a wireless router. I've restarted my main router and wireless router as well.

So far, everyone reporting this is on AT&T. We're looking in to it still, but it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they can also investigate this.

What are we asking them?
I called them yesterday and they were trying to be as helpful as possible but without scripted questions, it’s sort of hard. You really don’t get anywhere when I say that a certain part of a certain game isn’t working properly.
I asked if they saw any overall issues on their end & they couldn’t find anything.
if you have any bullet points or keywords that I can go in with, I would be happy to give it another go.

Ya I don’t know what to say lol. I said my NHL game isn’t working and they were so confused lol. I asked them if everything on their end was good and they said ya

I can see why they'd be confused. You could possibly send this thread to them as well as the Battlefield one, which is here. It's certainly curious that everyone in these threads are on AT&T. At the moment, we're not seeing any issues from other ISPs. We've tested on Time Warner and Shaw so far and are not getting similar reports from people on other ISPs.
Yeah I just contacted AT&T and everything is fine on that end. This is extremely frustrating.

So if we have at&t we can't play chel?
We just canceled AT&T cable last week, but we kept the internet.
My wife & I have been talking about switching to Spectrum & if this problem persists I would think it would be enough for me to jump ship over.
I gotta agree with some of the other posters of this thread & the battlefield one that AT&T and EA both hold some weight in these issues.
It would be great for both parties to communicate together instead of the users. I don’t mean this offensively. Just in the troubleshooting sense, that the quickest way to resolve something is the more knowledgeable ones being in communication together.

@plager85I just don't see how it's fully on AT&T when I can hop in HUT and still play games. Like you said both hold weight and I'm in a position were I can't cut AT&T as a internet provider right now.

Ya I can access all other game modes online except WoC. Which is very odd. I appreciate everyone’s help in here!

The fact of the matter is that if this is happening to people using AT&T in this wide of locations, its up to EA and AT&T to work together to figure out if there is a software or hardware issue that is causing the disallowing of transfer of data due to a potential update or patch.

So I'm just fully expecting not to be able to touch WOC today and likely tomorrow.
You can play it. It just takes a ton of fiddling around which is beyond annoying.
last night I quickly got into a drop in game when I could. When the game starts back out before puck drop. If you get back to the hub rather than kicked to the main menu, you should be to accept an invite to a lobby from someone.
Beyond headache worthy but that worked for me last night.

Thanks for the tips. Hopefully, that helps others.
I definitely understand how frustrating this is. We just haven't been able to find any issues on our end. So far, it all points to AT&T. I really don't know why one mode wouldn't work while all the others do. I'll provide an update when I have one, but most likely, we're going to need to wait for this to be resolved by the ISP.
