Thanks for the quick reply. The club name was suggestive but not offense. called Big Deke Energy. Not a single word is profanity and It was allowed when I created it. Is there a way to dispute this report?

You'll need to contact the ToS team if you wanna dispute it - https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
Choose your platform.
Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
Fill out any other details below.
For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
Click Select contact option.
Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension if you haven't already.

For a few years now they've really tried cracking down on anything deemed 'offensive'; while the name in question isn't too bad, they'll probably ding you on a technicality. (Nothing too serious like a black mark or anything though).

While I get that it's not profane, it still has enough of a connotation to be actioned. 

Thanks, I'll check this out. I didn't get my account suspended or anything. Just the Club name removed I guess... hopefully I can get it back. 

Wouldn't be a big deal if I could just change the name myself rather than having to leave the club and lose everything my club worked for just to have a new name.

Names aren't normally returned, but you're welcome to submit a dispute with ToS by following the instructions here.
