That indicates the issue is either with your router or your ISP. Is there possibly some kind of firewall on your router blocking access? If you switch back to your normal connection now, does it work? I have seen that help in these situations in the past.

Also, I definitely advise you stick to a wired connection. You said that had problems as well, but when you get this working, it's much more stable than a wireless connection.

    Yeah, when I switched back to my normal connection I was immediately disconnected from the beta. I went to check my firewall settings and it’s set to minimal, I really don’t know the first thing when it comes to knowing if something is being blocked though.

    I suppose I’m just gonna let it be and unfortunately not play. Just it’s very strange considering I had it working on day 1 of testing. You’d think I wouldn’t be able to connect to 22 also, but everything was working fine in that game.

    It's definitely odd. I'll keep an eye out for other reports of this. In the meantime, you might want to speak to your ISP to see if they notice anything that might be blocking your access.

  • @EA_Aljo i try everything you said and i have the same problem. I can only play with my cellphone in hotspot mode.

    @bretule 

    That points to either an issue with your network equipment or with your ISP. It would be best to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

  • @EA_Aljo Already contact my isp and its fine for them. The equipment is brand new and work perfectly for everything, for every game even nhl22.....it just doesn't work with the technical test ☹️

    Unfortunately, the Technical Test has completed. We can pick this up again if it happens when NHL 23 releases or if you're experiencing connection issues with another of our games. Just reach again at that time. Thanks!

    I managed to play a little more of the beta with my normal connection by first:

    forgetting the normal network

    connecting via hot spot

    loading up the beta and entering the CHEL menu

    closing the game

    Reconnect to my main network again

    then the game would load up correctly.

    i would have to redo these steps each time I’d turn off the console for a while and wanted to play again. Otherwise the issue would occur again.
