Those purchases are going through Sony's payment system so it's not something we can help with. Have you tried contacting their support to see if they can shed some light on this?

I started to figure that might be case when you told me to try on playstation.com. I am contacting their support. It literally says that I am # 501 in the que. 500 in front of me. lol
Any suggestions on another way to contact them? Even if it's just an email so I don't literally have to wait in que.
