Re: Nhl 23 error

Same issue. Bought the game on sale.  Can't play online. I was able to get to the menu screen after disconnecting internet (only offline available)  soon as I hook up internet get the white screen. I was able to live chat with ea sports and I tried everything to fix the problem. Deleted game re installed ... restart modem blah blah blah. Nothing worked. They said from there end and other people having this issue and to be patient. Screw them. They got our money and they don't care. ... ima try to call playstation store tomm to get a refund.
