Re: NHL 23 X factor edition only working for Xbox One version
Will do, although it still seems to not be working on the series x. should i try to reinstall the game? or am i stuck with the way it is?

I'm looking into this, but I'm not hopeful. Those items should go to the console you first accessed WoC on, but that didn't happen in your case apparently. When I have some news, I'll report back.

Does that also apply to the BAP bonus? I find it odd that I would have to login to an online game mode to access/unlock offline features. Is there a way to access the BAP bonus only? Its really the only reason I got the X factor edition, and I figured since it was for offline play, it might have been easier to remedy.
I wonder if it has to do with the way the content is implemented (from my limited understanding of it at least) meaning every other game I have purchased that was "dual-entitlement" whereas you could play the game on both consoles, the extra content from the upgraded editions is a separate pack that you have to download. From what I can tell, at least on the console end, is that it seems to be done internally (ie: on EA servers not Microsoft) as both versions of the game are still the standard edition (even though my NHL 23 Icon says X-Factor edition)

The one that says X-Factor Edition is not the standard edition. That one is most likely the Xbox Series X version and the other is the Xbox One version.

I'd like you to try loading into HUT on your Series X. Then, load into WoC. Hopefully, this triggers those items to be sent. After that, check WoC and BaP to see if you have those items. Let me know what happens.
