@rikdawg74 He's right though. Your video isn't conclusive enough to show if the puck is getting knocked loose because you only show half a seconds worth of time in the video and in the 2nd one it looks as if the puck is coming loose.
Now whether or not you should be able to pick the puck up instantly again is another story but it looks as if you cut the video short intentionally before the mechanic was supposed to take place.
There's gonna be clipping in these games. The technology isn't good enough yet. That's why they have the mechanic for the puck to come loose. The physics aren't great, sure. But Aljo is right in asking for better video because what you provided is hardly useful.
