@EA_Aljo Ok i dont know if this can help you to find the issue but ... I decided to dissociate my ea account  from my current xbox live account  and to create another account .. and it is working so the problem is 100% on your side but I dont know what type of problem it is ..

    It sounds like the issue is with your account. An advisor will need to investigate this.
