Re: Unable to connect to ea server (tried everything)

Guys I went through the same thing on my PS5 and almost went crazy. I came across a couple youtube videos and decided to fix the issue since EA doesn’t want to help 🙃.  Finally fixed it (I think), well at least I'm not getting the sever message anymore. U can try all the other steps including the DNS. If that doesn't work, give this a try.

1. Go to settings - network - and make sure your internet and psn status are good and connected.

If they aren't, then I can't help you with that🤷.

2. Go back to settings- users and accounts-other- then restore licenses. After that, you go back to sign out.

3. Sign back in and go to the game you want to play

4.Click options on your controller and check for both updates and status of saved data.

5. Open the game (which for me was fc24), go to settings - profile - profile manager and change your fav team. 

I guess for other games you might want to change something similar to an avatar or jersey.

  • I have now lost connection three times in a row without finishing a single Squad Battles game.  NHL 24 records each lost connection as a loss, without awarding any points or meeting objectives.  My time is worth something, EA.  Why should I allow you to waste it?

    I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps offered here.  My other devices do not lose Internet connection; therefore, the issue is between my ISP and EA servers, not with me.
