    Make sure you download the latest roster. Also, if you're on Xbox and have a custom gamerpic, use a default one instead. Let me know if that helps or not.

  • I tried everything as well, nothing seems to be helping. It won’t let me ready up once I get the option to and then I can’t back out or change my game mode

    Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Also, it might be good to delete your personal saved data for NHL 23. To do that, press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

  • I did both and it’s still not working I’m playing on Xbox seires x and I have the disc my friends have the game on there xbox and it works perfectly but me on the disc doesn’t work

  • Every time I log into world of chel I go into 3v3 or 6v6, drop in or clubs it doesn’t matter, im shown the lobby screen where I can select a position and every time it doesn’t let me select. If I press A nothing happens, if I move the joystick left or right nothing happens, if I press B nothing happens, if I press L3 to change lobbies nothing happens. I can press the bumpers and go to loadouts or any other tab normally but the lobby doesn’t work. I’ve restarted game and still doesn’t work. I’ve completely turned off and unplugged Xbox and still doesn’t work. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game and still doesn’t work.

    Same here bro. And I can’t believe they haven’t fixed this yet. They obviously don’t give a * about this game and are already focused on the next one to make more money. I get this guys trying to help us to just play at the moment but what are you guys even doing at this point except just ruining games that people spend their money on.

    This just happened to me again.. cleared my MAC last week... How has this issue not been resolved, it's been a thing since launch..

    This is an issue on ps4 as well. Wen you enter the lobby and want to choose a loadout, this problem starts in 8/10 times. When i press ready with the given loadout and wait until opponnents are found, I can choose my loadout then. Sometimes it works somtimes not, but the game starts anyway, so I dont risk to have to leave the lobby and restart the game.
