This is an issue we're aware of. Try disabling ‘Allow 4K’ and ‘Allow HDR10’ in your Xbox settings. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I uninstalled it though, and can’t reinstall, key has already been used. How would I reinstall, do you have suggestions? Thanks again

You should still be able to install the game by going to your full library and selecting 'Ready to install' from the drop-down menu. Try that and let me know how it goes.
