Recovering a deleted team

I let my cousin play around on my console and he wanted to change a bunch of stuff on my team he assumed that deleting it would just reset lineups, logos and jerseys. He obviously didn’t read everything and his been crying about deleting my progress in this game. I’m also upset about this because I spent time and money on the game and a kid who acts before he reads clicked three buttons and everything was gone. I just want to know a way to get the team I had back.
