Remove/option to turn off X Factors for franchise mode / be a pro

The X Factors that EA introduced are just awful, they create weird unrealistic scenarios such as the hitting bubble, the magnetic puck, etc and they just shine a light on the flaws and bugs that the ...

    @EA_Aljo if this option isn't introduced, X-Factors NEED to be dynamic throughout a career (ie. ability to be gained and lost).

    a 40 year old with 77 speed should not have wheels equipped whatsoever, especially as a zone ability
