Rivals play in games stuck at 4 games

i am apparently stuck on my final play in game for the remainder of NHL 23. My rivals menu says I have played 4 play in games. Including games I have now quit - trying to bypass the glitch so I can j...

You need to go to the HUT Rivals hub. Look on the lower right. You should see where it says Press A/X to redeem to register.
