Rivals Ranking Reset

I was an Ult las time I played and mine dropped down to nothing! Missed out on rewards. How they haven't fixed this is questionable.

@dannythetemp @BIGRlTCHY hey there, are you guys referring to your end of week rival ranking last wed for rewards? Or your mid week rating changing?

@PESKYHANSI guess both... I was talking about the real-time rankings being all screwed up. The rank tier cutoff numbers were out of order and then I was reading in Iron. But this extends to end of week because the same thing happened and I believe for both weeks I got glitched into receiving lesser rewards. The first week I received a set of packs that don't even correspond to ANY listed tier reward but I can no longer view my previous week like in 22 and prior so I can't 100% confirm where I should have been and what I should have received. Just like removing the controller overlay they're just needlessly taking things out that could help us with our problems. 

We really shouldn't have to document our own progress in this game with forensic precision just to get what we are entitled to, the system they designed should just function like it has in the past 🤷‍♂️

And good luck getting any support, I haven't been able to engage a Live Chat on EA Help, the email method they don't respond and just automatically mark your case as resolved, the forum managers here (if they bother to respond at all) tell you to go to social media or EA Help but they refuse to provide you with links or account handles. It's not even the fox running the henhouse it's more like....I dunno...a donkey running a pirate ship

@dannythetemp Its most definitely irritating. Was just curious where you were still experiencing issues. The final rewards appeared to be okay for last week for me, but i continue to notice minor issues with mid-week “current” ranking.

Hopefully all these issues will be old news given a couple more weeks. My hopes are never too high with EA, but it appears as though the communities most recent/ urgent major concerns haven’t gone unheard. The developments they have kept us updated on appear to look favorable but only time will tell. Lets just cross our fingers and hope for the best outcome for everyone!
