Does NHL23 get any roster updates for the 23/24 season or no?
What mode are you trying to use it in? You should see it in Play Now and when you start a new Franchise. Existing Franchise Modes won't be updated though since those rosters are based on the activity that's occurred in that mode.

Updates for NHL 23 have completed as the team has moved on to NHL 24.
Yeah is there a way to go to roster sharing and download newest rosters, or they wont work with 2023?? i was able to download, and make active,. but it is showing the old rosters, can someone please help me get the current rosters loaded!

We don't have updated rosters for NHL 23. The only way to get them would be if someone was still making custom rosters.
That's what I did i downloaded from community and made it active but doesn't work??

Community ManagerAs far as I know, you should see your custom roster when starting a new career.
