Hi, I came upon the same problem yesterday on series x. I played my first squad battle game without any issue. I then started another game and after I skipped the intro at the beginning of the game, the screen went black. I could see the name of the player on the ice and their cursor but everything else was black. I took a video if you ever need it. I had to close the whole game so it gave me a lost ☹️ After I restarted another game and it was fine. But I had to pay 500 coins to play the game again ☹️ the same bug was there last year at the launch of the game but it got fixed after a game update later in the year. I think it’s related if the games is going on idle. It happened to me yesterday after I took a 20 min break. I just hope they are going to fix the bug soon cause I don’t wanna pay 500 coins to replay the game each time it happens because it’s really frustrating. Thank you !

Fix the ***** game, every other SQ is black screen! Lost lots of money, 2 games with 0 points already and cant complete anything. Refund please!
