Community ManagerAppreciate you trying. As a test, can you switch your connection to using a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if using a completely different connection will work. This helps narrow down the issue to your home network or ISP.
That worked! So seems to be an issue with my wifi, which is weird because my other games work. Do you know a fix for this?

Glad that worked. It doesn't fix this, but narrows it down. Do you have a separate modem and router or are they one unit? If they're separate, you could try plugging straight in to the modem and bypass the router. If that works, the problem is the router.
Just to clarify though, you mention the problem being your Wi-Fi. You mention using a wire also. Is your console wired to the router or using a wireless connection?
They are one unit. I typically use the wifi but I have tried plugging into the router and also setting up right beside the router on wifi and neither of those options have worked either.
