Server connection

I’m on ps5 and I can play every game except madden 23 and nhl 23. When I load these games it tells me that I have a network connection issue or I can’t connect to the ea servers. Every other game tha...

It would be good to contact your ISP to see if they can help with this. It sounds like the issue is either with your equipment or ISP. If you have access the modem/router settings, make sure the firmware is up to date.

Okay, thanks. Is there anything specific I should tell them, or any ports that I should tell them to open? Any idea is appreciated as I am not very tech smart

    @Gub12 

    Just let them know you can connect on a different connection, but not your home network. They should be able to investigate that.
