Servers Matchmaking

How are your servers and matchmaking still terrible in all EA games?

I've been playing EA games since early 00's. About to find a different hobby. Just don't understand how you can keep producing a sub par product when other video games have online play figured out.

  Nhl23-Terrible online matchmaking. In competitive online play getting matched with people not even close to the same rank. Or lately not even being able to find a match.
  Apex Legends- Playing matches with people ranked waaay higher. Getting shot when it appears I'm behind cover, inconsistent ping rates.
  No issues while playing COD.

    NHL 23 has a much smaller pool of players since most have moved to 24 so chances are good there's going to be some lopsided matchups.
