Someone joined my club and lost 5 games purposely to put us back in 4th in playoffs. We were number one team. 001 core, now number 4 as someone cheated and went on their alternate account and lost 5 in our club . It shouldn’t be aloud and we should be granted our 5 losses back

The best I can recommend for this is to set your club to private so random people can't join. Also, make sure you aren't giving anyone GM status that you don't trust so they can't invite alternate accounts.
As far as the losses go, I'm sorry, but we're not able to modify records.

Community ManagerWe can't really control who joins your club. It's up to the club's owner to set GMs as well as set the club to private or public. Again, we also don't have the ability to modify records.
