Sync issue-frozen

I got stuck on synching after a whistle in franchise mode play. I’ve waited over half an hour and still showing it’s syncing.  PS4 Log in to my PS4 profile It’s really frustrating that this is hap...

    Hi there, @noyavendano 

    If pausing doesn't resolve it, you'll just need to exit out of the game, unfortunately.

Yeah, that's what I meant about exiting out of the game. Just closing it down and opening it again. Sounds like that's what you're doing. Glad to hear that's working for you, but I definitely get that it's frustrating.

I didn’t have to close the game, just one quick press on the start button to take me to the Home Screen and then click the nHL 23 icon to go back to the game.
