- @knighty68 Niether do I! I also redeemed the code and the game didn’t download and I don’t know where to download it I can’t find it anywhere
- Which platform? On Xbox, you can usually find the demo in your games library once you enter the code.
- @Mickey-OShannon If you're on playstation, check your notifications tab
I downloaded the game but it keeps crashing when I try to start it, I’ve deleted and re-downloaded, still no luck
Mine keeps crashing on startup, any ideas?
On PS4 and nothing in my notification tab! I go to my purchases and it shows me the Reciept for it but no idea where it went or how to get it!!
I redeemed the code online, but the download has not started. I tried inputting the code on my XBox One console, but it says the code has already been redeemed.
Also I am not able to access the feedback forum.I put the code in on playstation.com. It's in my transactions but it's not downloading on the PS5 console. I tried turning the console on and off, and no luck.
I was given a technical test code for NHL 23 and every time I enter it, it says that an unexpected error has occured. Looks like a time out error?
