I received a technical test code for NHL23 but don’t have access to the forum page for it to provide feedback.

It won't let me access the page to give feedback! This is ridiculous!
Same here. I'm logged into my proper EA account and when I view my profile page I can see that it's properly connected to my PSN gamertag that I used to sign up for and download the demo. Typical EA stuff: doesn't work properly, but they refuse to address our concerns because everything is always assumed to be user error (on our end).
It's a real shame, because I really wanted to post here and share how much of a steaming pile of dogsh!t NHL 22 (oops, I think I meant NHL 23) is.
I really hope someone else develops a hockey game in the near future. EA is a complete joke these days. Madden is the same year after year - completely plagued by bugs at every single launch - and NHL is no different.
Goto the store, search and type NHL 23. It should let you download from there
