Mine doesn’t even do that, it just sits there and then freezes the Microsoft store.
I redeemed the code on my ps4 it said redeemed and I can’t find it in my library please help.

My code didn't work I'm hoping for a new one.
I redeemed my code emailed to me but nothing happens. it's in my transaction history on PSN but doesn't download or anything.
I used the Playstation app, linked my console, then downloaded and it worked.
- @Redbay7 I got mine for Xbox Series X and it's not in my library, but the code says already redeemed. D'oh. Same problem as @Mickey-OShannon
- @joshadams5411 same problem here.
I can see the game on the web, under my order history -- but it didn't download to my Xbox (series x) and I don't see any way to make that happen.
