Text to Speech Accessibility

I’m unable to turn off text to speech in the Chat Accessibility menu. It says that I have to set my console to US-English to change these settings, but I’m on US-English and have restarted my console + restarted NHL23 and the issue has not been fixed. Has anyone else had this issue/found a way to fix it?

Ok I fixed my issue a different way, the speech to text/text to speech options are still locked but it doesn’t matter for me anymore since I fixed the issue through the menu narration option

@BluehawkEthan Any chance you have text to speech enabled in your consoles party chat settings? I know Xbox has this feature, PS likely has it as well.

I’m on Xbox Series X, and that did not fix it. The in game chat accessibility screen is locked and set to “Off”, but the commentator still speaks every action that I’m doing in the menus of the game
