There is no option to turn retired numbers off in custom league

There is no option turn retired numbers off in custom franchise which means Gretzky can't wear number 99 since that number is retired league wide. Please fix this EA so we can play custom franchise with 80's throwback rosters like you said in your promotion screen in the game, without having the most important player with the most iconic number wearing the wrong number. That takes ALL the fun out of it.
The option is there in regular franchise mode but NOT in the custom league franchise mode.
@EA_Aljo If you could send this feedback to the dev team I'd appreciate it. This must be an oversight so I'm sure it will be fixed asap. Thanks.
