When can I actually use my timeout in real life it’s at a stoppage. I pause and nothing is ever available is there a quick button for one like their is for pulling goalie????incredibly frustrating and stupid much like the pk center glitch not being able to change players on power play or penalty and the list goes on…….. and on

There is a timeout option on one of the tabs. I believe it's manage team, but remember as in real life you cannot take a time out after an icing.
