We can replace your code. Take a look at the instructions here. Thanks!

Hi EA Aljo ! Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I already tried the ea help support without any results. Im trying to get my friend code replaced because I never received my code and my friend is nice enough to give me his code that he did not yet redeem. Basically, I have 3 friends that subscribed for the xbox series x nhl23 technical test. one friend did not received his code just like me. And my other friend received a code for the xbox one. Yesterday, I tried to chat with ea help support. They said that Im not elligible to the technical test. I asked why ? support said that its an automatic system that generate and send the codes. They said that I was just not lucky enough to receive one so they can't do nothing about it. So I am wondering maybe next year I should subscribe with multiple account to get more chance if its like a lottery system. So I opened a support tickets instead of the chat. They just answered me a couple of min ago. I have attached a screenshot of the email so you can see the answer. Please read it it's funny. My friend who received the wrong code also tried the chat support multiple times to get is code replaced without any results. They all said that the code is invalid and that they can't do nothing about it. I am a big fan of the nhl franchise since nhl 94. I have played every demo / Beta /technical test since nhl07. I never had problem to get my code. I have checked my spam folder and tried every other tips. Late night yesterday I even tried to send an xbox private message directly to rammer (Sean Ramjagsingh ) lol. I am desperate at this point. I would pay $ to play the technical test tonight with my friends. I know it sounds crazy because its just a technical test, but that's the way it is. I know you probably can't do anything about it, but thanks for all your help in advance. 🙂

Everyone that signed up was sent a code. Chances are good it's in a spam/junk folder or you signed up with a different email address. The best I can advise is that you check all emails. Also, if you use gmail, the code is probably under the Promotions folder. If you use Outlook/Hotmail, check the 'Other' tab.

Like I said earlier, I already verified my spam/junk folder multiple times. I never received the email. I am an IT technician so it's not a user error. I can assure you 100% that I did not get the email and I am 100% sure that I subscribed with the email address linked to my ea account and my xbox gamertag. I am playing the technical test each and every year since they started to do Beta/technical test. I only have problem this year. My friend however did not receive his code 2 year in a row. If you could go in the system to verify, you would probably see that they forgot me this year. If it was happening to you, you would probably understand that there is a problem somewhere on ea hand. I don't know what else to say. I know that some people may have registered with the wrong email or did not checked there spam folder correctly. I can assure you that it's not my case. Last year when it happened to my friend, I was thinking the same. I was thinking "He probably did something wrong". This year we both Have the problem so I know there is a problem somewhere on ea's hand. If I could share you my computer screen, you would see that I don't have the email. I think next year, I will record my registration process so I will have proof that I subscribed with the good email address. I don't know what else I could do. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
