Unable to download roster error nhl 23

For the last two weeks I have been trying to get on Ultimate Team and I am unable to saying that the rosters weren’t able to download. I have redownloaded the entire game, rebooted my WiFi, tried everything and anything but still can’t play the game. I have been playing chel since launch and haven’t run into this problem in past games but it seemed to happen when rosters were updated at trade deadline. I’ve been patient but I’ve put too much time and money into this game and feel cheated for not being able to play for weeks. Any suggestions help
