This week my NHL 23 game has been running slow to enter game lobbies (Like 5 minute waits) and even gets Error Code: Failed to retrieve data, when I try to load into WOC. Some games I get into kick me out with an Unexpected Error. This is the only game I have that has been doing this. My other games load quickly and I can play them, so it isn't my internet. Is this just my individual connection to EA? how do I fix this? I can't seem to play more than one game without these errors and slow loading.

@ManicX777 I have the same problem. I have no idea what to do to fix it I’ve tried restarting my internet, restarting the console, deleting saved data and files, etc.

Matchmaking itself has been super fast for my buddy and I lately (he's on PS4 and i'm playing the PS4 version on PS5), but I keep getting booted back to the main menu and we both see different populations and avg search times. We don't see any specific errors on our screens, the game just takes us wherever it wants

@TTZ_Dipsy Yeah, it seems to be an individual connection to EA. not sure how to fix it. No solutions to it so far.

@EA_Aljo Yes I do have AT&T as an ISP. So it must be the problem. Has anyone figured out what to do?

We're investigating, but so far it's up to AT&T to get this fixed as it's an issue on their end.
