So, NHL 23 recently got updated. Here’s what we want in an update: The fixing of the 2007 bug, the Full Presentation feature, fixes to the blackout bug, and fixes to coaching strategies in Franchise. What do we get instead?Disney getting even richer because of the Mighty Ducks movies’ 30th anniversary. That’s literally it. That’s all we got. A huge corporation licensing something from another huge corporation.Now, can we get the actual issues fixed, like those I already mentioned, instead of creating a problem that doesn’t exist and fixing THAT?

@TTZ_Dipsy The only problem is the game is losing players steady as it is, I think another 4 weeks is a long shot if EA expects people to wait around until then for these fixes, from a company that is known to not actually fix anything anyways and more often than not, just make it worse.Pretty sad my friends list is completely full, and I’m lucky to even see 2-3 people on NHL and everyone playing something different instead.

@EA_Aljo Critical? How is franchise not working as intended not critical?Thats like my car only having three tires and you telling me “well, it still moves right”? Yes in theory I can drive the car with 3 wheels. But no one wants to do drive a car with 3 wheels. I am trying to use the most simple metaphor possible so there is no room for interpretation.So you’re telling me that if I draft a player, he’s a super star. He comes to the RFA phase of his contract and some team comes in and offers him more money then I can afford, that me losing him for nothing is not critical? That’s hours and hours of a wasted franchise So you’re telling me that if my team is terrible, and my roster does not match my coach. If I decide to make a coaching change and try and improve my team through better coaching, but I am stuck with the same strategies and chemistries as the coach who was perpetually putting me in the draft lottery. That’s not critical? Not to mention all of those lottery picks I drafted because of that terrible coach I can’t keep because other teams can offer sheet then without penalty. Why even have coaching staffs if you guys are going to handcuff us to the default coach?it blows my mind how you don’t see ANY of these issues as “critical”

@Caliboy6262_714 Critical is actual game breaking like crashing the client, causing data to be lost, their precious cash shop giving away free stuff. Those are critical things. Small errors that random people may encounter that isn't easily repeatable is considered minor.

I'm not entirely sure this wasn't addressed else where in the thread, but does anyone actually know what was done in the most recent update? I noticed the most recent roster update came through a few days later but was dated for Oct. 31st. I myself have not been able to figure out what the actual update did, not the roster update, the game update. If anyone has any details or insight as to what was done and could share that, it would be greatly appreciated.
