We’re rivals rewards delayed again? I never got mine for PS5. 2 weeks now

My gamer tag is Dreamreaper69 and I never got my rivals rewards. This I 2 weeks in a row being late. Or as of right now not getting them.

We took a look at your account and can see those rewards were sent out. They also appear to have been received and opened.

Now it seems my market items are frozen on the market dispute being over, or sold.
