What is it exactly that we can do to actually hear from a dev about this game? As fans of the series, gamers, customers what will it take for someone with the power to speak up about the major concerns around the game? Is there anything we can do? Are we supposed to just turn into raging jerks? Are we supposed to start doing review bombs? It feels like they are doing their best at creating a toxic community around the game. How can they feel confident and fine staying this silent? They're leaving their CM's in the wind to deal with all the fallout and refusing to just give any statement on anything. It's not even the bare minimum. It's all just baffling and shameful.
Meanwhile we just keep giving feedback in hopes that in 3 games from now they implement a bug fix for a current problem but if it isn't literally game breaking or in relation to HUT or money being spent it probably won't be a priority so it's a crapshoot if it will get fixed.

Please find a fix for the “Game Speed” glitch (Offline Play Now). It’s been in the code since 2015. Causes the game to randomly speed up. Very critical glitch that really ruins the experience. I was hoping it would be gone with the new frostbite engine, but it’s still there. 😢😢😢😢

Yeah the game speed glitch is absolutely horrific. You spend all of this time perfecting tuners and then all of a sudden your tuners get thrown out of whack and the game looks absolutely ridiculous because the game is being played on fast forward. Game speed goes from 1 to like 6 randomly.
At first years ago I thought it was a mechanic to make the beginning of the season play differently than end of season, simulating real life, but it's absolutely erratic and all over the place and WAYYYYY too big of a difference. Passes and skating go like 50% faster. It's inexcusable.

Hopefully I dont go an write a massive essay.
I just noticed the speed difference the other day when I made a couple improvements to my team and the overall went up by 1. It was like my guys had missed training camp and were at the end of a shift, adding insult to injury I was playing someone whos overall was probably 8 or so lower then mine just skating around me with ease. After they clued in what was going on they were trying to take complete advantage of it, lol I left the game at that point so save myself anymore frustration, and a controller.
backhand wrap around has to go, anyone can do it on command.
i'd like to see consistent gameplay, or is that part of the simulation that you dont know what team will show up?
ive left my sliders and strategies the same one the last month or so and the AI is always hit and miss. i run 1-2-2 passive and 1-2-2 red with sit back approach. when theres a turn over in the offensive down, theyll drop back and square up. well every other game they go beast mode and all 3 forwards towards full forecheck and over commit...
we can go on about thing, just cant fix whats on the other end, lol. people exploiting some of the um, wont call them flaws, but weaknesses in the game is just at an all time high and dont see it getting any better but worse.

I'd agree that there were elements of the forums that were not interested in an actual discussion and just wanted to abuse the devs no matter what the devs said. But these are EA's forums. They own them and can moderated them however they want. If there are people abusing the devs they should be banned and/or their posts deleted.
Lots of communities surrounding games have abusive members, and yet other development teams still find a way to communicate with those communities. - KlariskraysNHL2 years agoHero+@PlayoffError The problem with this game is they are so secretive about everything as they seem in fear that saying something will get them into trouble by either legal or us. We never know anything about the future and only learn about stuff when it happens. I mean we can't even blame Gamechangers when so many of them are angry with the way the game is going also.
I'm still shocked they haven't just made a separate version of HUT just for PC. It would be a great way of testing the game and the waters of potentially bringing more of the game over. Just for the 1st year don't have it cross-play with the others and then add it later.
