So then shouldn't we be able to get our money back then? Especially if they refuse to fix the goalie AI and they are still supporting the game up until at least July/August 2023? They come out with a game that will remain broken like this where the computer continues to get cheap goal after cheap goal? This is a horrendous business model. But, it IS EA we are referring to after all.

@project86 I find this the most annoying thing during the games. Shatters the realism completely. I play with tuners that have goalie tuners max out to 100 and AI passing to 3/100 and shooting accuracy 0/100. Still my AI goalies save percentage hovers between 55 and 80%.
CPU scores 80-90% of the breakaways. The CPU team will shoot super rarely and almost never from secondary sectors. In real life most of the shots come from there, not from the best shooting sectors. Also I love that tip-ins are again effective, but CPU team is way too good at it. Those rare shots that CPU team will shoot from the blueline will be tipped in by CPU player more than half of the time.
When playing with 5 min periods, CPU usually has around 10 shots in a game and has scored 3 to 4 times.
Just to point out to EA, I'm not talking about I trying to score here, I'm talking about CPU team scoring against me. Personally I have the opposite side goalie tuners put up to the max 100 settings as well. I find it nice and hard to score then and really need to work for it. The CPU scoring so easily makes it so much frustrating as I work hard, sometimes need up to 25 to 30 shots to score (like in real life) and then the CPU gets even an half chance and it somehow goes in.
Also we shouldn't need to provide any videos to proof this. We aren't talking a bug here or the goalie doing something wrong. The CPU team just don't shoot enough and they do score in too high rate. I've personally tried this from Pro level onwards.

- TheUnusedCrayon3 years agoSeasoned Ace@cjg2022cjg yep, in my tuners I have shot power at 100 (ridiculous) and goalie save reaction and screen effect all maxed out to be the worst possible to somewhat occasionally simulate some real life goaltending on simulation settings lol.
