It's possible the population in your region is low. However, it would be good to power cycle your equipment in case there's an odd connection issue going on. To do that, unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. @EA_Aljo Thanks for your reply. I will try this. You said the population in my region is low. Is there a way to play outside my region. I know in fifa there is a proximity setting that you can take off. Is there one in NHL?

I don't know what the population is in your area, but if you're in a less populated area, it's possible this could be part of it. There is no proximity setting, unfortunately.

@EA_Aljo I’m in a big city so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll try resetting the router like you said but I don’t think that’s it because my other sports games I find people easily
