Why can’t I find a game in CHEL 1v1v1

@EA_Aljo Thanks for your reply. I will try this. You said the population in my region is low. Is there a way to play outside my region. I know in fifa there is a proximity setting that you can take off. Is there one in NHL?

Community ManagerI don't know what the population is in your area, but if you're in a less populated area, it's possible this could be part of it. There is no proximity setting, unfortunately.
@EA_Aljo I’m in a big city so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll try resetting the router like you said but I don’t think that’s it because my other sports games I find people easily

You should be able to find a match then. I'm not seeing many reports on this so it would be good to go through some troubleshooting if what I suggested doesn't help. Is it always with the first round or is it happening mainly in the other rounds?

I’m new to the game so I made a character in CHEL tries to play a 1v1v1 match and i could never find any game it says low population and 1 minute 8 seconds average wait time but I wait for 3 4 minutes and nothing. I’m going to try some trouble shooting when I’m home
