Why Can’t I ready up or choose position
Why can’t I ready up or choose a position for that matter in world of Chel? I’m on next gen Xbox series s and it won’t let me pick a position or ready up

Community ManagerIs this happening to anyone else on your club? Also, try changing all of your visuals. Helmet, gloves, head, etc. Possibly, something is bugged and causing this. If that doesn't help, can you get me a video of what's happening?
@EA_Aljo I was the only one in my club who had this issue as of yet. I think it happened after changing all of my goalie visuals. I restarted the game around 5-6 times and still wasn't able to select a position. Then, restarted my Xbox, changed my customization and I was finally able to select a position and play with my friends. Hope this helps!

When this happens to me I restart my Xbox and then it works but if I switch games and come back into nhl 23 the same problem pops up again and I have to restart my Xbox, very inconvenient

Did you try changing all of your gear as suggested above?

Make sure you download the latest roster. Also, if you're on Xbox and have a custom gamerpic, use a default one instead. Let me know if that helps or not.
