Why does my 92 Ovr goalie suck and every other team has a brick wall?

Hello,

Playing franchise mode as Boston. Ullmark is 92 ovr. My defense is INCREDIBLE, often giving up less than 10 shots pet game. But Ullmark save % is often below 70. I'll put up 40 shots on goal (sometimes more) and their goalie will stop all but one. I have even set the sliders to 90/10 in my favor to see what that would do, andd nothing is different. 

I just don't get it. Let me know what you think.
