Overall I don’t have much problem with hitting (in EASHL), except puck should always come loose even in the smallest of bumps. Where did the accidental contact go?? Puck carrier will regain the puck with current tuning nonetheless. At least we get some physics feedback. The hitting can’t be just 1 or 0, there’s so much in between.
What I don’t like is the “dead angles” that game engine simply doesn’t register, even if you line up a hit face to face with proper speed. Those results in a super weird sequence where puck carrier just glidest past you with zero friction, puck clued to stick completely ignoring physical contact.
There are two cases where I have seen this can occur: Puck carrier holds puck on backhand / LTing. Or tall and not too heavy player tries to hit shortest possible Sniper, the hit will go “over“ the short player, and not register properly. This has been problem with couple years now.
This one is hilarious. Cheers!
Maybe it isn't speed and momentum after all but rather just high balance and holding the stick out to the side makes you immune from certain hits!

LMAO! Yeah, I don’t care if your player only got a piece of this guy, that much speed should’ve knocked both of you down and injured one of you.

Thank you. This is an excellent example. I'll get it passed on to the team.
