Why no late game urgency?

RE: CPU/timeout
The computer never takes timeouts during gameplay. They will pull the goalie if they are down by one/two goals, but they will not call a timeout if there is a stoppage in play under two minutes. This means they either play their top line dead tired, or they have a rested third/fourth line on the ice in the most crucial moment of the game. It's a little thing, but a big thing, ya know? Even if it's the same cut scene as when the human user calls a timeout, that would be fine. In the modern NHL, especially with goal reviews, timeouts are used every single game on both sides.
