This problem can be solved by setting different behavior for goalkeepers.
Last year we had one behavior that can be transferred to the nhl 23.
MARC-ANDRE FLEURY (ALL OR NOTHING) had his own behavior when he was thrown out, played extremely aggressively.
MIKE SMITH has his own behavior.
Probably, there are still special behaviors.
In total, having a list of different behaviors that can be included randomly, yes, there may be frosted goals in each match, but there may be more different goals over a long distance.
You can give the opportunity to change the setup strategies for the goalkeeper in the menu, ask him to play aggressively, or keep the short side.
In addition, it is necessary to refine the poke check goalie animations. Now he's just poking in the air, if, like skaters, there would be an auto aim on pack, the goalkeeper would be able to prevent many of the same close goals

@bruanor09 Here is the thing with giving goalies behavior. There will be like 3 methods people try to see which one someone is using then after the 1st period they exploit it. Smart players know to do things like this just like they would figuring out how a team tries to defend.
When coming up with ideas you got to think how would a "sweat player" go about it. If it's easily figured out then it probably isn't something investing the effort into. I mean cause most of these fixes people want are because of that type of player.
