Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps.
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

No change at all, 1:00 search times, yet it keeps timing out and I just have to keep searching

As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? Let me know if that works or not. Again, this is just a test and not a permanent solution.
This game is just broken as hell and keeping get worse...who is responsible for this mess, NOBODY CARE
